‘Kayleigh has been a saviour to me during my A-level English Language exam and played a key role in helping me secure my place to study English Literature at a top university. Before I found and started working with Kayleigh, I was disappointed to find that a poor grade in my mathematics A-level meant I had to take a year out after college to be able to attend my desired university. Instead of re-taking maths, I chose to teach myself and sit the entire AS and A2 English Language exam during my gap year. At first it seemed hopeless – I felt less than motivated to teach myself an entire two year course in such a short amount of time. Deciding I needed a tutor, I found Kayleigh through her website and it couldn’t have been a better decision! After reading through my previous work, she dedicated a lot of time and patience to helping me improve my coursework and exam technique, on top of writing a fantastic reference for my UCAS statement. I managed to achieve a great grade in my A-level and have been offered a place to study my dream course at my dream university. I can’t thank Kayleigh enough – I couldn’t have done it without her. If you would like a patient, friendly and hard-working tutor to help you through exams or just to be of help if you’re learning something new, don’t hesitate to call Kayleigh!’- Abi, tutee
‘My daughter came to Kayleigh with 2.5 years to go before taking her GCSE maths, at which point her level was an E-F grade. Kayleigh was very understanding and wasn’t shocked when I told her I only wanted my daughter to learn her times tables until she was confident with those. Kayleigh installed a “can do” attitude and gave my daughter the confidence not only to do her times tables but to carry on with the basics of the GCSE curriculum raising the bar when required and culminating in my daughter achieving an A Grade in her Math GCSE! Something neither of us thought was possible. Helping with her Maths also gave my daughter the tools to achieve an A* in Chemistry an A in Physics and Biology, grades she would never have achieved had her Maths not been up to scratch. I can’t say thank you enough…’ – Ms Manguzi, parent
‘I would not hesitate to recommend Kayleigh, she is a friendly, reliable, honest, fantastic tutor. My daughter’s grades were not progressing in either English Language, Literature and Science but after Kayleigh’s tutoring her final GCSE grades were amazing. We will both miss seeing her every week’ – Clair, parent
‘Kayleigh is a wonderful tutor with a relaxed and friendly manner. Her sessions are both informative and enjoyable making learning a pleasure for our daughter.
At the end of Year 9 our daughter was struggling with some aspects of the English curriculum. With the GCSEs approaching fast we decided to take immediate action and were lucky enough to find Kayleigh. Our daughter connected quickly with Kayleigh and her enthusiasm for English was renewed.
Our daughter is now in Year 10 and I can happily report that she has recently sat two controlled assessments for English which will form part of her GCSE result and has achieved an A* in each, she has been placed on the English Talented Programme at school and is looking forward to taking English at A Level.
Due to the success with the English tutoring we engaged Kayleigh to tutor our daughter for German and again I can happily report that she received an A grade in her recent German GCSE.
We are pleased to be able to recommend Kayleigh to others, her results speak for themselves, but most importantly our daughter enjoys her sessions and considers Kayleigh a friend.’ – Mrs Reynolds, parent
‘I am so grateful to have found Kayleigh, as my son was battling with Science and was very dubious when I suggested getting a tutor. Kayleigh made such a difference to his progress and understanding of the subject that he was given a reward for the most improved student in his class. It was a pleasure to see the smile on his face when he was able to answer all the questions with confidence. We have kept Kayleigh to tutor my son in Maths as he finds the time spent with Kayleigh extremely useful and keeps him interested in his lessons. I would highly recommend Kayleigh as she is very reliable, flexible and willing to travel to your house which I find is extremely convenient.’ - Mrs Sinclair, parent
‘Kayleigh has been tutoring my daughter for the 11+ exam and I have noticed a significant improvement in her confidence, especially in Maths, which has always been her weakest subject. Kayleigh is reliable, punctual and well prepared for the lesson and regularly updates me on progress. She has a great rapport with my daughter, which makes her lessons enjoyable and productive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kayleigh as a tutor.’ – Mrs Marshall, parent
‘My daughter instantly made a connection with Kayleigh as someone who is conscientious and thoughtful in her approach to tuition and was immediately able to relate to the organised and well structured approach she takes. We are sure that Kayleigh’s help assisted our daughter in her examinations and we will certainly look to take further tuition from her. I would not have any problem in recommending Kayleigh to others.’ – Mr Yates, parent
‘Kayleigh is a superb tutor. I found her to be reliable, professional and extremely competent. Our daughter was struggling with English and as such lacked confidence and the basic skills to construct a cogent answer to exam questions. Kayleigh displayed assured patience and understanding guiding her through the personal difficulties. At exam time, her confidence was unrecognisable and this is undoubtedly due to her enhanced ability. Fully recommend Kayleigh.’ - Mr Hayman, parent

My daughter now has confidence and is positive about her German language.’ – Mrs Roy, parent
